不銹鋼絲網(wǎng)除沫器是按化工部標準生產(chǎn)，用于分離塔中氣體夾帶的液滴，以保證傳質(zhì)效率，降低有價(jià)物料的損失和改善塔后壓縮機的操作。一般多在塔頂設置絲網(wǎng)除沫器，主要用于氣體分離，亦可作為空氣污過(guò)濾氣。

 

技術(shù)要求：
1 本標準的網(wǎng)塊有盤(pán)型和條型兩種，兩種網(wǎng)塊密重為150kg/m3，網(wǎng)塊的網(wǎng)層厚度為100-150mm。網(wǎng)層厚度為100mm，鋪迭絲網(wǎng)約25層。網(wǎng)層厚度為150mm，鋪迭絲網(wǎng)約38層。
2 網(wǎng)塊的直徑和條型網(wǎng)塊拼裝后的直徑必須大于筒體內徑，其增大值為e:pg300-1000mm e=10mm   pg1200-2000mm e=20mm pg2200-6400mm e>=筒體內徑的1%3 安裝時(shí)，網(wǎng)塊與筒體內壁、網(wǎng)塊與網(wǎng)塊相互貼緊，不允有空隙。 


不銹鋼絲網(wǎng)除沫器規格：上裝式、下裝式、抽屜式
材質(zhì)：有不銹鋼絲；紫銅絲；鍍鋅鐵絲；綿綸絲；聚氯乙烯絲（其它材質(zhì)可按用戶(hù)要求）
